Mr. Wong discussed about discipline inside the classroom and the importance of it. He said that in order for both teachers and students to succeed, they must have an orderly environment. There must be discipline inside the classroom but at the same time there should also reward and punishment. Having discipline inside the classroom means that there are at least five rules to be followed. Rules should always be followed, if not, students may face consequence so that they will learn from their mistakes. We should not only focus on consequences, there should also rewards. If the student follows the teacher, it is necessary to give him reward so that they will be appreciated. 

As soon to be teacher, I need to practice professionalism so that in the next coming days it will be easy for me to face the real world. I should create harmonious relationship with my student and treat them equally. As what they say, teachers are guide on the side.
